DESCRIPTION:
This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Paragon Recruitment who are operating as an employment agency. You will control the collection activity by negotiating and agreeing satisfactory repayment plans or other appropriate solutions with customers. Also maximise collections and minimise any losses or risks to the company, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will work as part of a team managing customer relationships and be self motivated. You will have previous experience working towards targets, however, this is a relaxed environment.
